If you are unsure of the warranty period for any of our product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the event of an issue with any Apollo product, please refer to the point of sale to discuss the options available to you. In all cases a warranty authorisation sheet must be completed detailing the fault (and where appropriate an estimate of costs to repair) and forwarded to Apollo Entertainment Limited for prior approval. A warranty authorisation sheet can be downloaded here.
We will do our best to have the product repaired. All repair work must be carried out by an authorised technician to ensure that the warranty is not invalidated.
If we are unable to repair the item we will either replace the product with the same or similar model. In some cases we may need to authorise a refund for the item purchased.
